Courage I Whisper
Courage I Whisper
Courage I whisper to my heart,
hold your sorrows, they'll soon depart.
Kiss then gently turn away,
one last kiss, what can you say.
Hide you're tears don't let them show,
pretend you're brave, they'll never know.
I start to leave and then I feel,
a searching hand, catch my sleeve.
You take my hand my heart beats so fast,
I feel my tears begin to flow.
You kiss me until my tears are dry,
then you whisper softly, our last good-bye.
