Roy [Woody Harleson] and his introspective wife Jessie (Emily Mortimer) take a trip on the Transsiberian railway, which suits both his love of trainspotting and her yen for adventure. But an encounter with another young couple turns the holiday into something altogether more risky – and reveals that not everyone on board is what they seem… Gripping and gorgeously shot, this nailbiter from the director of The Machinist (EIFF 2004) is exceptionally effective.
