Will I get Anxiety or Depression

Will I get Anxiety or Depression

Will I get anxiety or depression is a question that is asked by many people.

The answer to that is there's no answer to that, it's up to the individual.

Anyone can get anxiety and depression.

It depends on the state of your mind which is where the problem comes from in the first place.

Most people brought up in today's society learn many things throughout their lives.

They're imbedded in our brains.  But it doesn't mean they're always right.

It's when they come into conflict with their teachings that the problems can arise.

Anxiety and depression is experienced by 25% of the population at some point in their lives.

So you are not alone in your suffering.

Anxiety and depression has no discrimination, it can effect anyone, you included.

It effects doctors, lawyers and people from all professional classes.

It also effects people from all races, and it effects working people.

Rich and poor, it doesn't matter, both groups can get  the same illness because it has nothing to do with what you've got, what colour you are or what status you have in life.

Anyone can get anxiety, depression and insomnia.

Animals get anxiety, depression and insomnia also.

Should I be frightened if I get diagnosed with anxiety or depression by my doctor?

No, it is a natural reaction of the body, and learning how to cope with these feelings is best way to cope with this type of illness if it has gone that far.

We all have our own belief and trust systems.  These are taught to us from a very early age.

Sometimes when these are challenged we become stressed out because we don't believe what we have been told.

We can shut it out and go into self denial, but it doesn't sort out the problems of stress related illnesses and problems occurring later on in life.

It may be contrary to everything that you have been taught.  And because of this we mull it over in our heads questioning what we are being told.

This can cause us extreme anxiety, depression and insomnia, sometimes giving us unpleasant feelings in the nervous system.

Remember that its the brain that controls the body, and it's not the other way around.

So by controlling the brain, you can also control these feelings or thoughts.

Anxiety, depression and insomnia are natural reactions of the brain that effects the body, and we all experience it many times in our lives.

There are times when we will have mild anxiety and it doesn't effect us to any great extent.

But there are also times when we have extreme anxiety, this is when we need to take action to solve our ways of thinking.

Some people can cope well with high levels of anxiety, but even they can get extremely high levels of anxiety and depression which can debilitate them.

Because anxiety is a natural reaction of the human body, it can be experienced in its mild form where it doesn't effect us for any length of time.

We may not even be aware that we have been suffering from  it.

It becomes a problem when you can't cope with it and you are forced to go to your doctor.

If the illness is more serious, your doctor will again treat you for the illness as they diagnose it.

A doctor will treat the illness, and that's the problem in your head.

They are not treating the issues that give you the problem.

That's something that you will have to do when you have cleared your mind and you are thinking straight again.

This illness is not forever and you will get over it given time.

It has nothing to do with your strengths or weaknesses.

How long it lasts is entirely up to you and how you handle it.

It's up to you and your own determination to get over it.
